This single-channel tabletop receiver is compatible with BLX2 handheld transmitters and BLX1 bodypack transmitters, allowing it to be integrated into handheld, lavalier, headset, or instrument wireless setups. The receiver features QuickScan frequency selection, which automatically identifies a clear RF channel to help minimize interference during setup. Internal antenna diversity helps maintain stable wireless reception during live performances, presentations, and events. The BLX4 offers balanced XLR and 1/4-inch outputs for connection to mixers, PA systems, and other audio equipment. Under typical conditions, the receiver supports wireless operation up to 300 ft (91 m) line-of-sight and allows up to 12 compatible systems per frequency band. Designed with Shure’s professional wireless engineering, the BLX4 provides dependable wireless audio performance for live events, houses of worship, conferences, and stage environments.
